The NEPTUNE is in the official category of "internally powered equipment" and is not suitable for use in the presence of flammable anesthetic mixture with air or nitrous oxide. The equipment conforms to the requirements of:
The bathing cycle: For one bath, it is assumed that the NEPTUNE will be raised from its storage position at the bottom of the bath to the height of the bath, then lowered into the water supporting a person of up to 160kg. After bathing, the NEPTUNE will raise the person to the height of the bath and should then be lowered to the bottom of the bath until next required.
In the unlikely event that your product requires parts, they are held as stock items to minimize any delay. Mount-way are committed to provide parts for at least six years after the discontinuation of a product line. With easy-to-clean surfaces and uncomplicated design, our products can be maintained cost effectively. Because of this, when desired, a product can be recycled time after time. Interestingly, we still service some of our very first bath-lifts, which are now more than 15 years old. Our engineers are trained to the highest of standards and will be happy to service your product to make sure it stays in tiptop condition. In the unlikely event that you experience problems, please call our Customer Services Team for assistance. After completing a short fault diagnosis over the telephone, they will, if necessary, arrange for your product to be returned to us for repair. If the fault lies within the handset, battery or on a removable part, a replacement part can be sent to avoid the inconvenience caused of returning your whole product

NEPTUNE seat is made of glass-filled polypropylene. The base frame is an
aluminum casting which is coated with electrostatic ally deposited
polyester. The tubes are anodized aluminum. The hand control and battery
stick cover are made of ABS. The hand control button cover is made of
Santorum.
