Durable Raw
Materials...
Northern
maple wood is the best wood to use when building a
lift chair. Our Maple wood is kiln dried to reduce
moisture to only 14%. Northern maple wood is
superior to oak because oak could split and crack
more easily resulting in loud sounds and
frustrating maintenance problems.
Comfort
and Style...
Our chairs use high quality 1 piece block foam and
conjugated dacron fill that will hold up and
support the distribution of weight to minimize
muscle fatigue. At the same time, stylish long
lasting fabrics are used to provide a soft
comfortable feel.
Craftsmanship...
How
a product is built, defines how long the product
will last. Each joint in our chair is double
doweled and corner blocked with steel
reinforcements. Wood and metal are separated with
high strength plastic bushings and the springs are
custom fit with “sound absorbent fabric” that
virtually eliminates any noise allowing for
smooth, quiet usage.
Added Comfort and Safety...
Our
chair construction provides stability through the
use of rear landing legs which relieve the chair
frame from added stress. All Northern Maple Wood
is protected from contacting the metal frame
through the use of a non-friction plastic.
Adjustable feet with anti skid/scrape pads offer
even more stability and support by not allowing
the chair to slide on wood surfaces.
Smart
Engineering...
Smart engineering makes for a long product life
resulting in your satisfaction. By wrapping the
arm of the chair with high quality, long lasting
protective foam, both the chair and the user are
protected. By adding a thin strip of micro foam
down the front of the chair, those “sharp” edges
are covered, thus protecting the user.
ETL APPROVED Our chairs meet some of the
toughest safety standards ever. Our entire
chair meets ETL (Electrical Testing Lab) standards
to ensure electrical safety. ETL is a nationally
recognized, third party, testing facility.
