Spirit 660 - Upper & Lower Body Manual Cycle

The upper and lower crankarms turn in unison. Work-out your upper body manually while your legs benefit from passive exercise.The 660 and 690 share the feature of longer, upper (arm) cranks to give your arms more cycling power. Our crankarm system alternates your arm-leg motions. Your arms and legs raise and lower in an alternating rhythm, and not a jerky "right arm-leg" and "left arm-leg" monotonous series. Because the lower (leg) cranks are shorter, they move slower than the arms. You get a smoother, coordinated, and balanced arm-leg workout–only from No Boundaries.

Spirit 690 - Upper & Lower Body Manual Cycle

The 690 has all the features of the 660, plus a selectable arm or leg option. Two simple pins let you or your therapy clients choose from arm-only, leg-only, or arm-and-leg cycling.   You can adjust the angle of the machine on the 660 and 690 to accommodate different body types.   You have the ability to add one of six QuickExchange™   optional handgrips, resulting in a versatile, easy-to-use arm and leg cycle.
