stop button, an alarm bell and a push button for each landing.

CYLINDER :
Shall be direct
coupled holeless jack assembly built to ANSI A17.1 1993 rules
1302. I A, 1302.1 and 1302.34, incorporating the following: two
internal bearings; a bronze head; and bearing gland assembly with
three pre-adjusted Chevron seals. The cylinder shall have a 3/4"
thick, removable steel foot plate, an air bleed port at the top,
and an oil drain port above the gland assembly
CONTROLLER:
With UL lable shall
be of solid state programmable design, equipped with "plug in"
type relays incorporating neon lights and test buttons. Design and
operations to include a field adjustable up timer and
non-interference timer as standard
CAR FRAME
:
Shall be fabricated
from 6" structural steel channel, incorporating a welded box
cylinder lift assembly
PLATFORM :
Shall be a maximum
of 18 square feet, fabricated of 11 gauge formed steel welded for
strength and covered 1/2" underlay board & commercial carpet
squares (Please note, casket lift is 24 square feet with an 1800
pound capacity)
CAB :
Shall be 82" in
height, completely enclosed for maximum protection
Exterior shall be asssembled from 15 GA reinforced solid steel
panels
Interior shall be lined with replaceable 1/2" FormicaŽ
melamine panels
Lighting shall be dual fluorescent
Roof shall be load bearing, constructed of formed reinforced
welded steel

handicap lever style hardware, vision panel, integral hall button
station and UL approved dual elevator electro-mechanical
interlocks

equipped with a standard full height elevator gate constructed of
solid metal or wood panels & equiped with an approved electrical
interlock
