Controls |
There are three
directional control switches that require constant pressure as a
safety code requirement. They are located on the car platform, at
the upper landing underside one of the tracks and at the lower
landing at end of machinery cover towards lift. All are within easy
access of the individual using the lift. |

Heavy gauge rectangular
tubing encasing trolley rollers, slack and broken chain safety,
speed safety, and roller chain. |

Roller Chain |
Used for suspension with
a chain on both sides of the stairs. Standard rated strength is
3700 pounds on both sides under a load of 500 pounds plus the weight
of the platform. |
