Vertical Home Lift was
designed and engineered for home use. It's easy to operate easy to
install and virtually maintenance free. Every safety detail has
been carefully designed into the Residential-52 and
Residential-72, including a non-slip platform, constant pressure
switches, a low platform for easy roll-on/roll-off, safety barrier
and railing, and rolled edges. The
Vertical Home
Lift are sturdy enough to lift and
lower up to 550 pounds and will accommodate electric wheelchairs
and scooters. The
Vertical Home
Lift provide a smooth and quiet up
and down ride, requiring little maintenance. All mechanics are
fully enclosed, yet easy to access through the rear or front of
the housing unit. The lifts are completely weatherized and
attractively finished in a durable off-white baked on finish. |

Maintenance
Maintenance of the vertical
platform lift unit shall consist of regular cleaning of the unit,
protection of the painted surface of the unit.
Warranty
Unit shall have one ( 1 ) year limited
warranty on the basic unit and electrical system with a two (2)
year warranty of drive train components. |

Description
of Product
The
product described herein, is a precision vertical platform
lifting device consisting of a machine tower with lifting
platform, selected and dimensioned to provide adequate
lifting height to suit the residential building requirement.
The lift can be used indoors and outdoors to vertically
transport a wheelchair user or otherwise mobility-impaired
person, up and over a low-rise barrier created by stairs,
thus creating access to or within the building. |
