 What is the difference between the Quickie LX and the LXI?

The Quickie LX comes with a fixed threaded rear axle as a standard option, while the LXI comes with and adjustable axle plate as standard.  Also the LXI had more feature options than LX.

By Raising and lowering the push handles in the rear side frame one can adjust the back height on the Quickie LX.
